Welcome to the Dyslexia Intervention Curriculum – Level Two, a 12-week course tailored to empower families who are already familiar with the dyslexia intervention strategies from Level One and eager to further support their child’s literacy development.

In this comprehensive course, we will build upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level One and dive deeper into the Orton-Gillingham Approach to strengthen reading and writing skills. We will continue our work through multisensory activities and deepen our understanding of the English language.

In these 12 weeks of instruction, we will learn about vowel-consonant-e, r-controlled, and consonant-le syllable types along with exceptions to their rules.  We will also delve into silent letters, and contractions and introduce some basic suffixes.  These lessons are designed to further build your child’s foundational literacy skills and help them decode and encode the English language.
